The main research focuses on the occurrence and functional changes of megakaryocytes and platelets under physiological and pathological conditions, while exploring the application research of using pluripotent stem cells to produce platelets on a large scale for transfusion, and developing a series of platelet related products. Undertaking multiple national level projects, including major research and development sub projects, key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and general projects. A series of original achievements have been made in analyzing the mechanisms and strategies of human hematopoietic differentiation initiation, megakaryocyte and platelet processes. Published over 30 research papers as the corresponding author in high-level journals such as Cell Stem Cell (recommended by F1000) and Nature Immunology, and obtained 4 national invention patent authorizations.
