Jiapei Yuan is a Research Fellow and Tenure-Track Assistant Professor at Peking Union Medical College. Her research focuses on 3D genomics and precision oncology, with the goal of systematically elucidating how genome architecture contributes to cancer development and informs precision diagnosis and therapy. As first or corresponding author (including co-first/co-corresponding), she has published in leading journals such as Cancer Discovery (2022), Nature Communications (2024a, 2024b), Genome Medicine (2024), Cancer Letters (2024), and Journal of Clinical Investigation (2020). Her work has received over 1,400 citations with an H-index of 12, including two ESI Highly Cited Papers. In addition, methods developed from her research have been granted one Chinese invention patent.
