基础研究重点：

1）T细胞介导的骨髓造血损伤机制及干预策略；2）克隆性造血在骨髓衰竭性疾病（再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征等）发生、发展的分子机制。发现再生障碍性贫血患者存在调节性T细胞功能缺陷，T细胞与造血干／祖细胞有较强的相互作用。目前的研究聚焦线粒体、内质网等亚细胞器之间的互作，并解析这种互作对于T细胞功能，以及应激下异常造血活动的影响。

临床研究重点：

1）基因工程造血干细胞移植治疗单基因遗传罕见病（地中海贫血），希望能建立一种创新的治疗范式解决地中海贫血患者长期输血的问题；2）再生障碍性贫血免疫抑制治疗队列长期疗效及克隆性演变监测；3）难治／复发自身免疫性溶血贫血BTK分子靶向抑制剂治疗疗效的临床研究；4）其他免疫性骨髓损伤（纯红细胞再生障碍、T大颗粒淋巴细胞白血病）难治／复发阶段的挽救性治疗探索。
