       我们研究团队致力于基于质谱的前沿蛋白质组学和代谢组学技术的研发,及最新组学技术在临床血液学和血液系统疾病研究中的应用。研究内容涵盖了从疾病的发生发展到疾病诊疗的全过程,研究对象覆盖了包括血细胞、血小板、细胞外囊泡(外泌体)、及血浆的全景式血液生态系统,研究手段包括了各种最新的组学分析技术和方法。通过将多组学整合研究与本院丰富的大队列临床样本的有机结合,系统性的描绘造血干细胞以及整个造血谱系的蛋白质组图谱;发掘血液系统疾病精准预警、诊断、治疗、预后的生物标志物;开发临床检测技术和试剂盒产品;指导新的免疫治疗、靶向治疗和联合用药策略,推动实验室研究的临床转化。
